Rihanna goes tribal in most energetic video yet for Where Have You Been?

In Rihanna's previous videos, she prefers to let the storylines and her outlandish costumes do the talking.

But in her latest promo for Where Have You Been?, the singer puts on her most energetic performance yet.

The 24-year-old singer shows her wild side - quite literally - as she dresses up as various animals in the tribal-themed video.

The promo starts off with a semi-naked Rihanna lurking in a dark swamp before she emerges from the water.

The action then appears to jump to Egypt with the singer in a zebra-print outfit and a troupe of male dancers putting on a fast-paced routine against the backdrop of step pyramids.

The next sequence sees her with her hair in a wild afro dancing in an African-themed room with female dancers.

In another set, Rihanna is seated in a large birds' next, which she has described as 'the owl set-up'.

The other worldliness of the video takes on a further aspect when Rihanna appeared to have several arms, apeing the Hindu goddess Shiva.

In a recent interview, Rihanna admitted the video was a novelty for her because she had spent hours in rehearsals doing proper choreography.

Nicole Scherzinger's Colorful Visit to La Feria de Abril

Making the most of her time in Sevilla, Spain, Nicole Scherzinger was spotted at the La Feria de Abril last night (April 29).

The “Don’t Cha” songstress donned a beautiful brightly-colored flamenco dress as she mingled with fellow party guests at the April Fair, which included dancing, bullfighting, and plenty of fabulous food and drink.

In career news, Nicole could be headed for Kelly Rowland’s seat on the UK version of “The X Factor” when the former Destiny’s Child singer makes her exit.

Louis Walsh told press, “I’ve worked with Nicole and Katy [Perry] before and I would love to work with them again, they were fantastic.”

Besides Scherzinger and Perry, X Factor folks are also looking at Sharon Osbourne, Anastacia, and Melanie Brown.

Lady Gaga makes an impact yet again as she steps out in floorlength purple wig dress

She's always thinking of new ways to make an entrance and wow her adoring fans even more, having already stepped out in a dress made entirely from meat.

And Lady Gaga has certainly outdone herself with her latest get-up as she arrived in Hong Kong dressed in what can only be described as a purple hairy dress.

It was almost as if she had slipped on one large wig as she sauntered into the country earlier today in the bright get-up, which made her look like a colourful Cousin Itt from the Addams Family.

The pop superstar went all out to make an impression as she arrived ready for part of her Asian tour.

Gaga matched the hairy number with some white platform boots as the hair even wrapped round her own blonde locks as her plait turned into platinum and purple bows down her front.

She finished the look off with some long white gloves as she waved to stunned onlookers.

And if that wasn't enough she also went for some large ruby red glasses and a wide cowboy-style white stetson hat created by designer Zoë Jordan.

While most of her body was covered up in the hairy ensemble, the Poker Face hitmaker showed off her back with the low cut, which also showed off her collection of tattoos.

But it is unclear whether the dress is actually made out of human hair or not but knowing her penchant for shock tactics it wouldn't be overly surprising.

The eccentric singer had kicked off her Born This Way Ball tour in Seoul the night before, which is set to go on for 110 dates.

The 42-year-old left very little to the imagination as she made her way onset in the tiny shimmering black number.

She wore her hair up in an chic up-do in order to show off the halterneck and backless detail on the ensemble. The curvy star boosted her height with some very high Christian Louboutin black lace stilettos and wore delicate diamond hoop earrings.

The star was surrounded by her entourage of stylists, make-up artists and hairdressers.

She waved to a crowd of fans and kept hydrated by sipping on a bottle of water.

Jennifer was on her way to send somebody home on tonight's results show.

During the show, the 2012 American Idol Live Tour dates were also announced and the singers will begin their performances in Detroit on July 6 and end them on September 11 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

This time the Rihanna looked demure in her her outfit, which featured a strapless bustier and full skirt.

The Umbrella star paired the looked with some simple black pumps and wore glamourous diamond chandelier earrings. Rihanna also went to great lengths to pare her hair and make-up down.

Cowgirl Rihanna shows off her killer curves

Rihanna raised the temperature on the beach in Hawaii this weekend by parading around in a fringed black two piece that showed off her fit figure to perfection.

She paired the itty bitty bikini with a cowboy hat, large hoop earrings and several bracelets this weekend.

The You Da One singer was even snapped carrying what appeared to be several cups of beer and was later spotted enjoying a round of drinks with her friends.

Rihanna soaked up the sun while walking around the shore to the delight of onlookers.

She then climbed on a surf board and paddled around the waters of the Pacific Ocean while balancing a cup in one hand.
The Barbadian beauty enjoyed a little down time in the Aloha State after travelling to the island of Oahu to promote her new movie Battleship, which is set to sail into theatres on May 18.

On Saturday she joined the cast and crew of the film in Pearl Harbor for a photo call.
