Mila Kunis reveals a washboard stomach as her grueling fitness regime pays off

Brunette beauty Mila Kunis has been ratcheting up her fitness regime recently.

And the workouts are clearly paying off as she showed off her washboard stomach today.

Wearing a polka dotted cropped T-shirt and a pair of ripped boyfriend jean, the Friends With Benefits actress treated herself to a manicure and pedicure in Los Angeles today.

Mila famously shed 20 pounds to play a ballerina in Black Swan and, once again, she is putting her all into a film role.

The actress has been working out on a near daily basis to get her body in great shape for Jupiter Ascending.

The star, who turned 29 last week, stars alongside Channing Tatum in the sci fi movie which is slated for a 2014 release but due to commence production soon.

Mila has been dating her former That 70s Show co-star Ashton Kutcher since April and apparently things are getting serious.

An insider told Perez Hilton this week: '[Ashton] is totally into Mila. He's calling her his 'little wife,' which is cute but kind of odd since he's not divorced yet.'

But according to reports, estranged wife Demi Moore is taking longer than expected to finalize the divorce, which was announced last November.

Although Kutcher, 34, and Kunis are said to be living together and were snapped holding hands as they boarded a plane in Bali earlier this month, they have continued to stay mum on the official status of their relationship.

In an interview with British Elle in August, the Ukranian born star went so far as to say she was 'totally single' and that she and Ashton were just friends.

'Listen, [Ashton and I] hang out. We've known each other for 15 years. We have mutual friends,' she said.

'We're comfortable with one another. That's it! There's no crazy love story, nothing more.'

Why bother with make-up when you look as good as TV beauty Holly Willoughby.

The 31-year-old was snapped 'slumming it' on her way to shoot an episode of Celebrity Juice in London today, wearing jeans, a jumper and hiding her make-up free face behind a spotty scarf.

But the mum-of-two still managed to look as fresh-faced and stunning as when she glammed up for a red carpet event at the weekend.

Holly grinned as she passed photographers waiting outside Riverside Studios, where she shoots the TV panel game with funnyman Leigh Francis and fellow blonde Fearne Cotton.

She matched her jeans and Lyle & Scott jumper with a pair of red Converse trainers and a brown handbag.

The trio are back in the capital after promoting the show at the Edinburgh International Television Festival last week, where Holly dazzled on the red carpet in a hot pink mini dress.

The former This Morning presenter manages to look a decade younger than her 31 years without any surgical help.

But she recently admitted she'd consider undergoing Botox to straighten out any wrinkles that may appear.

She told Look! magazine: ‘Never say never. One day, I imagine. I’d be lying if I said I wouldn’t.’

Holly - happily married to TV producer Dan Baldwin for the past five years - is even open to the idea of cosmetic surgery.

The mum to Harry, three, and one-year-old Belle added: ‘If you want to go and have a little something done to make yourself feel better, good for you. But there’s a limit. These things get addictive.’

She recently scored a new Nickelodeon spin off as her hit show iCarly draws to a close.

And it appears that Jennette McCurdy is celebrating with a tropical getaway.

The 20-year-old tween star displayed her curves in a grey bikini and multi-coloured swimming shorts as she indulged in some paddle boarding in Maui, Hawaii today.

The American sitcom star had a ball as she took to the water with a mystery man.

Putting some muscle into the activity, Jennette displayed her athletic prowess.

As she grew tired of the water sport, she and her handsome companion relaxed on their boards and soaked up the sun.

Floating on the water, the pair appeared very close, with Jennette at one point reaching over to stroke him on the chest.

The Californian native from Long Beach has a lot to celebrate at the moment.

Nickelodeon earlier this month announced that she would star in a spinoff of her hit show iCarly, alongside fellow tween actress Ariana Grande, the star of Nickelodeon's other successful series Victorious.

In the show, currently titled Sam & Cat, Jennette will reprise her iCarly role of Sam Puckett, while Ariana will once again play her Victorious character Cat Valentine.

The series is centered around two roommates who start their own baby-sitting business.





Jennette recently expressed her excitement about starring on the show, which will be directed by iCarly's Dean Schneider.

'I couldn't be under a better person's wing, so I'm really happy about that decision,' Jennette said in an interview.

'I haven't seen a script ... so I'm dying for information.'

Jennette just recently finished filming the last ever episode of iCarly.

'The last day of shooting was really sad,' she said. 'There was a lot of crying and there were a lot of hugs going around. None of us wanted to say goodbye really.'

As well as an actress, Jennette is also an accomplished singer and released her first studio self-titled album this past June.

Maria seems to be making the most of the neon trend - having stepped out last week in an electric yellow number, which she flaunted on air as she conducted quite the unorthodox interview with rapper 50 Cent.

Maria giggled like like a schoolgirl as the Candy Shop hitmaker asked her for a dance. But she soon got into the swing of things as fans at The Grove in Los Angeles looked on with glee.

Cosying up to each other, the pair collapsed into a fit of laughter after they finished their impromptu routine, before finishing the interview with a warm embrace.

Fifty was chatting to the brunette beauty about his new movie Freelancers, in which he plays the son of a slain NYPD officer who joins the police academy.

We're used to seeing Holly Valance dressed to the nines on the red carpet or at a society do.

But yesterday, it was a more casual style for the Australian singer/actress as she stepped out in a flirty mini dress.

Prompting speculation they are hunting for venues for their Californian wedding next year, the Strictly Come Dancing star and fiancé Nick Candy were spotted running errands in Los Angeles.

Showing off her figure in a black and white dress with sandals and a black Chanel bag, the 29-year-old looked in good spirits as she and her fiancé, 39, visited several businesses.

During her trip Stateside, Holly showed her sense of humour on Twitter as she joked: 'Just cruising round LA dry-cleaners & tailors dropping signed headshots off. I want in on the celeb walls.'

After getting engaged in the Maldives last December, Valance and Candy have decided to wait until 2013 to tie the knot.

They cited the Queen's Jubilee and the Olympics as reasons to wait because they want to enjoy both events without worrying about wedding planning.

In June, they sent out 'save the date' cards to 300 guests last week.

Among those invited include Bryan Ferry, Simon Cowell and Princess Beatrice.

But although the couple have disclosed it will take place in Los Angeles – the city where they met – they are keeping guests guessing about the exact location.

Former Neighbours actress Holly, who grew up in Melbourne, also chose LA as she was keen to make it easier for her relatives to attend the two-day extravaganza in September, 2013.

A friend told the Mail On Sunday's Katie Nicholl column: ‘It made sense because Holly’s family will be coming from Australia. Asking them to fly to Europe is quite a big deal.'

Holly has already started looking for dresses and has her eye on a gown by Sarah Burton, who famously designed Kate Middleton's wedding dress.

The couple’s spokesman said: ‘We have no comment on their wedding.’

Their romance began in October 2008 after Belle starred in the band's video for Lovebug, before they fizzled out a year later.

She has since gone on to star in 10,000 BC and Push, the latter alongside Dakota Fanning.

The 25-year-old now has three films in the pre-production pipeline, with romance drama Bangkok Love Story, rom-com Of Corset's Mine and Love Is All You Need with Kellan Lutz.

Before she got changed, the Disney star donned a black and blue striped short sleeved dress with a pair of flip flops as she held her mobile phone in hand.

Finally ready to get in front of the camera, the 20-year-old re-emerged from her trailer wearing a tiered white dress which was beautified with some embroidery.

She teamed the dress with a pair of strapped wedges and again was seen on her phone.

Gomez's look for the scene was completed with her loosely curled luscious locks falling at her shoulders and a lashing of pink lipstick.

As Selena took a break from filming to go on her lunch she enjoyed a date with her 18-year-old beau Justin Bieber.

The couple headed to BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse and were picture as they tried go all incognito as they hurried in and out of the eatery.

Selena attempted to hide her face from photographers using her takeaway container to shield herself, whereas Justin didn't seem to pay snapper much mind as he hopped out of the driver's seat.
In outfit number three, Selena showed off her pair of light denim shorts, a flowing top and a pair of tan wedged boots which had tassel detailing.

She accessorised with a pair of sunglasses, a black leather handbag and a floral oversized scarf, as she braided parts of her hair.

Bieber kept it simple in a black T-shirt, a pair of jeans and turquoise trainers.

Selena's new flick is an adaptation of Ric Browde's 2000 novel While I'm Dead ... Feed the Dog.

Starring alongside Austin Stowell and Natt Wolff, Gomez will play Nina Pennington, and the offbeat coming-of-age comedy will centre around 16-year-old Ric Thibault (Wolff) and his girlfriend (Gomez) who ends up in the back of a limousine on the road to Rock ‘N’ Roll super-stardom.

The film which was written by Tim Garrick and will be directed by him, also features Dylan McDermott and English actor Cary Elwes.
