Former TOWIE star Maria Fowler shows off new size 8 figure in skin-tight dress for first time since liposuction

 She made the decision to go through a grueling liposuction operation at the beginning of the month.

But it certainly seems to have paid off for Maria Fowler, who showed off the result of the surgery in all its glory on Thursday.

The red-headed reality star seemed ready to get back out on the town in a skin-tight dress just weeks after the painful procedure.

 Instead of having one her raucous nights out, Maria decided to spend time with her mum, but couldn't miss the opportunity to show off her new size 8 figure. The 26-year-old, who was spotted on a date with Katie Prices ex-fiancé Leandro Penna last week, has been resting up since after undergoing VASER liposuction to her back, armpits, stomach, thighs, and bottom.

Although she's now a size 8, the former TOWIE star admitted that she was still a bit swollen from the operation, tweeting:

'Had a brill night last night. Felt nice to be out that garment although my body is a bit swollen still! X x' (sic)

 The star certainly didn't seem like she had any more weight to lose, looking tiny in a mint green House of Catherine bandeau dress.

She wore her trademark red hair long and wavy and added a pair of towering beige stilettos and a gold clutch bag.

Seemingly back to her usual self, the party girl decided to go bare-legged and coatless as she wandered through central London and went for a drink at the Mayfair Hotel.
